How does this work?
The entire My 3D World creation process is straightforward. Just follow these simple steps to have your very own My 3D World 3D replica.

• Step 1: Option 1) Chose your 3D replica body style, color, and size. Add your choice or choices to the cart and check out. You will be instructed on how to send in photos.

• Step 2: Regularly check your email for updates on your 3D replica progress.

• Step 3: Once your 3D replica has been completed and is ready, you will be notified. It will be shipped to your specified address or available for in-store pickup.

How long does it all take?
Choosing Option 1 takes about 4-6 weeks for your 3D replica to arrive

The 3D replica is made out of either sandstone or resin materials

Will my 3D replica break if dropped?
3D replicas are not toys. They are collectibles and should be handled as such. Most likely the model will break if dropped due to the product material.

What if my 3D replica does not look like me?
You will receive a proof of the 3D replica before it is made. This is your chance to make any corrections before the 3D replica is made. Once approved then there is no other recourse. There is a possibility of slight color differences and details between the digital artwork and the actual 3d replica due to the 3d printing process. Shinny objects and metallic colors will not display. Thin objects may have to be omitted due to breakage

Are there any guarantees against damage or breakage to my 3D replica?

There is a guarantee on the manufacturing of the product but no guarantees against negligence, misuse of the product, or breakage.

What happens if I break my 3D replica?
If you break your 3D replica then it can be reordered at a lower cost. Simply contact us.

Can I order a 3D replica from overseas?
Yes. You can order and have your 3D replica shipped overseas. Additional shipping fees will be included. Please contact us for international purchases.

Are there any returns or exchanges?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
